Payment Options:  

B&H Photo accepts all major credit cards including: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. They do no however accept Diners Club. In addition to credit cards you may also pay using your PayPal account as long as the shipping address is a confirmed PayPal confirmed address. PayPal is only valid for customers who reside in the U.S., Canada, and UK.

Google Checkout is also accepted by B&H Photo. The Google Checkout option is available for U.S. customers only. Bill Me Later is also an accepted form of payment. With this option customers have the ability to defer payments for 90 days for orders over $100 and 6 months for orders over $750.

B&H also accepts wire transfers as well as Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders may only be placed over the phone and are for U.S. customers only.

If you have a B&H gift card you may use it just like cash for orders online or in the store.

Any order shipped within New York State will be subject to sales tax. Any order shipped out of New York State will not be subject to sales tax.
 

Customer Support:  

Part of B&H Photo’s reputation comes from its attention to its customers’ needs. Of course it is easy to ask a member of the sales staff a question while you are in the store. What about those customers that shop online? B&H offers a variety of ways to communicate your needs to their sales staff.

Calling their sales staff is perhaps the quickest way to talk to a live person. They have an 800 number setup for customers who wish to call to receive help with any of the items sold. Customers may also submit a form online to the sales department for any questions they may have.

B&H photo realizes that most of the people who shop on the internet are also going to want support via the internet. This is why they also have a Live Chat feature. Customers can choose to chat live with someone in one of 4 categories: Sales Representative, Customer Service Representative, Product Professional, and Used/Refurbished Department. The Live Chat feature is only available during regular business hours.
