Items that don’t qualify will be assessed a standard shipping charge based on how much the item costs. Items that cost less than $99 will be charged between $6.99-$8.99. Items that cost between $100-128.99 will be charged $10.99. Non car audio items that cost between $129 to $248.99 will be charged $10.99.

Most orders are shipped the same day they are received. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Most orders take 1-7 business days for delivery.

Crutchfield offers a 30 day money back guarantee for most products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase, minus the shipping cost for a full refund. There is no restocking fee on most orders.
