Payment Options:  

ProVantage accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express for most orders. ProVantage will also offer credit terms to pre-qualified accounts. To take advantage of this, contact their sales department.

You may also pay for your order with a check or money order, although you must call in your order over the phone to pay this way.

You may also use your PayPal account to pay for your purchase, although you can’t use your account online. PayPal orders must be placed over the phone.

Customer Support:  

ProVantage was the first in the industry to recognize the need for a PC buyer’s guide. They now mail over 1.5 million copies each year. The guide now includes topics from PCs to digital cameras and accessories.

Shipping:  

ProVantage prides itself for its shipping efficiency. Their shopping cart and order processing system was designed in-house by the CEO Arno Zirngibl. ProVantage ships from 22 regional warehouses which allows them to get an order to you quicker than its competition. Once the order ships you will be emailed a tracking number enabling you to track your order via the internet.

Other:  

Orders that are shipped to Ohio are charged sales tax on the order. ProVantage will not collect sales tax on any other order being shipped to other states.

ProVantage will not normally charge a restocking fee on returned items, although if an item appears to be in not “like new” condition, there may be a restocking fee charged to the customer.

ProVantage may not specialize in cameras and accessories but they have a big enough selection that makes it worth your time to check them out.
