Customers who shop at Ritz Camera can pay for their order with major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Personal checks and money orders are also accepted. Checks and money orders must be sent to the company’s headquarters before the order is processed.

Ritz Camera also offers its customers to use the Bill Me Later feature. This allows customers up to 6 months to pay for their purchases.

Ritz Camera will purchase used equipment for store credit. This allows customers an easy option to upgrade older equipment. Ritz Camera will offer customers a free no obligation quote for their gear. If the customer decides to accept the offer they can just send the equipment back using a pre-paid shipping label. The customer is then free to use the credit toward any new purchase.
